HL. Skjong AS supplies washing- and cleaning equipment for all types of land based industries and agricultural applications.
We carry and supply everything from low- and high pressure washing equipment for basic cleaning of outdoor and indoor areas, to advanced equipment that meets the highest hygienic standards. This eqipment would be in for example pharmaceutical, food processing and agricultural industries. We provide customised solutions to best suit the customers' needs and applications.
Additionally, we also supply stainless hygienic equipment such as sluices, wardrobe furnishings, benches, tables and cupboards etc.

MANUAL WASH WITH AND WITHOUT APPLYING CHEMICALS

We supply central and de-centralised systems for manual cleaning in the agriculture industry. Our systems are reliable and easy to handle helping to reduce the time used for cleaning and maintenance. Applying chemicals and dosage is done with ease with our cleaning satellites. We know our customers’ needs and will recommend the best0 product from a wide range of available equipment.

TANK CLEANING

Through long experience we have built up a solid understanding of tank cleaning. We offer both single components and complete solutions for tank cleaning systems. Through several years of close co-operation with Breconcherry GEA we continue to develop solutions and products within CIP cleaning.

DOSAGE UNITS

In many instances, a dosage unit will be needed for chemicals. We develop and build these dosage units for customer specific requirements. The dosage units are used to supply the correct dosage of chemicals for tank cleaning, manual cleaning, conveyor belt cleaning and more. The dosage units survey and log consumptions of the different chemicals for proper documentation of the cleaning process. The dosage of each chemical is easily adjusted through a PLS control system.
